I know how it is to come home from work exhausted and still have more work to do and children at home who need you. I partner with women who are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, who because they think they have to do it all and say yes to everyone are burning out in their lives. They aren’t as happy as they want to be and are ready to make some changes. What used to work doesn’t seem to be working anymore, but they don’t know why or what to do next.
